Welcome to lab1x.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from it. The website and its store are run by Dragon Labs LLC ("LAB1", "we", "us"), which owns the LAB1® registered trademark. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Company Information
The LAB1® brand is owned by Dragon Labs LLC, located at 205 N Royal St, DeRidder, LA 70634, USA. Dragon Labs LLC serves as the exclusive authorized distributor for all LAB1 products, managing sales, distribution, and customer service, and runs lab1x.com and researchh2o.com. Phone: 833-233-5221. Email: [email protected]. We process and ship orders from our facility in Louisiana.
2. Products and Intended Use
All products sold on lab1x.com, including LAB1 Research H₂O, are intended strictly for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes only. Our products are designed to support laboratories, research facilities, and educational institutions.
By purchasing from lab1x.com, you acknowledge that:
Products are for research and laboratory use only.
Products are not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or human/animal consumption use.
You have a professional understanding of laboratory products and their applications.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
You are at least 21 years old.
Every order asks you to confirm that you are buying for research use only. Every account records that its owner accepted our research-use terms and which version they accepted.
For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
3. Accounts and Guest Checkout
You can check out as a guest or with an account. When you check out as a guest, we email you a private link to your order. Anyone who has that link can open the order page, so please do not share it. You can create an account afterwards.
If you open an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Checkout shows the ways to pay that are available for your order. We accept Cash App and Zelle, and card payments when checkout offers them.
To pay with Cash App or Zelle, place your order first. Then send the order total from your app to the account shown at checkout and on your order page, and write your order number in the note or memo. For Cash App, your order page has a link that opens the payment, and a QR code. Cash App and Zelle payments are received by Stat Lab LLC, the account holder shown at checkout. Only send payment to the account shown at checkout and on your order page.
Payment in full is required before your order is processed and shipped. If we have not received your payment, we email you reminders about 12, 24 and 36 hours after you placed the order. If payment still has not arrived 48 hours after you placed the order, the order is cancelled automatically.
Coupon codes can be entered at checkout. Each code is subject to the conditions given with it.
By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Shipping
We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.), or to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All orders must have a valid U.S. street address.
Orders ship by UPS or USPS. Checkout offers Priority Shipping (3–5 business days) for $11.99 and Express Shipping (1–2 business days) for $36.99. Our Shipping and Returns Policy has the details.
Orders whose payment is confirmed before 1:00 PM CT on a business day ship the same day. Orders whose payment is confirmed after 1:00 PM CT, on a weekend, or on a holiday ship the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent within 24 hours after your order ships. It is your responsibility to verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to change the delivery address.
6. All Sales Are Final, Except Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure product integrity and safety, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no-return, no-refund, no-exchange policy. This means:
We cannot process returns or refunds once an order is placed.
We cannot accept exchanges or product swaps.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
The one exception is an order that arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items. Report it within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the package and the products: email [email protected], call 833-233-5221, or, if you have an account, use the return request form on the order's page in My Account. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. We review every report, and where the damage or mistake is ours, we replace the items, refund them or give store credit.
Approved refunds for Cash App and Zelle payments are sent back through the same app within 5 business days of approval. Card refunds go back to your card through our card processor; your bank decides when the refund appears on your statement.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, double-check quantities and formulations, and verify shipping addresses before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before ordering.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
There is a very short window to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you need to make a change, call us immediately at 833-233-5221. Once we print your shipping label, no changes or cancellations are possible. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be returned, changed, or refunded, except as described in section 6 for damaged, incorrect or missing items.
For time-sensitive order changes, always call. Do not email.
Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically 48 hours after they were placed, as described in section 4.
8. Product Information and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on lab1x.com are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued with every new production batch. Each COA remains valid for its respective batch until that batch reaches its expiration date. Our certificates are published on our Certificate of Analysis (COAs) page.
9. Authorized Sellers
LAB1® products are available exclusively through lab1x.com, researchh2o.com and the official LAB1® storefront on Amazon. Only Dragon Labs LLC is authorized to sell LAB1® products. All LAB1 products should trace back to Dragon Labs LLC as the source. We are not responsible for products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
10. Intellectual Property
LAB1® is a registered trademark of Dragon Labs LLC. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Dragon Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Products are provided "as is" for their intended research and laboratory purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any product for a specific application beyond what is described in the product specifications and Certificate of Analysis.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Labs LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website, your purchase or use of any products, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of this website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
