Welcome to lab1x.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from LAB1™, a registered trademark of Dragon Labs LLC. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Company Information
The LAB1™ brand is owned by Dragon Labs LLC, located at 205 N Royal St, DeRidder, LA 70634, USA. Dragon Labs LLC serves as the exclusive authorized distributor for all LAB1 products, managing sales, distribution, and customer service.
2. Products and Intended Use
All products sold on lab1x.com, including LAB1 Research H₂O, are intended strictly for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes only. Our products are designed to support laboratories, research facilities, and educational institutions.
By purchasing from lab1x.com, you acknowledge that:
- Products are for research and laboratory use only.
- Products are not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or human/animal consumption use.
- You have a professional understanding of laboratory products and their applications.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
3. Authorized Sellers
LAB1™ products are available exclusively through lab1x.com and the official LAB1™ storefront on Amazon. Only Dragon Labs LLC is authorized to sell LAB1™ products. All LAB1 products should trace back to Dragon Labs LLC as the source. We are not responsible for products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase before your order will be processed and shipped. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Shipping
We ship to all 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.), or to military APO/FPO addresses. All orders must have a valid U.S. street address.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent within 24 hours after your order ships. It is your responsibility to verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to change the delivery address.
6. All Sales Are Final — No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure product integrity and safety, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no-return, no-refund, no-exchange policy. This means:
- We cannot process returns or refunds once an order is placed.
- We cannot accept exchanges or product swaps.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, double-check quantities and formulations, and verify shipping addresses before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before ordering.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
There is a very short window to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you need to make a change, call us immediately at 833-233-5221. Once we print your shipping label, no changes or cancellations are possible. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be returned, changed, or refunded.
For time-sensitive order changes, always call — do not email.
8. Product Information and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on lab1x.com are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued with every new production batch. Each COA remains valid for its respective batch until that batch reaches its expiration date.
9. Intellectual Property
LAB1® is a registered trademark of Dragon Labs LLC. All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Dragon Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Products are provided “as is” for their intended research and laboratory purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any product for a specific application beyond what is described in the product specifications and Certificate of Analysis.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Labs LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website, your purchase or use of any products, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
