Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 United States. All orders must include a valid U.S. street address. We do not ship to:
- Countries outside the United States
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)
- Military APO/FPO addresses
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our facility in Louisiana.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT ship the next business day.
- Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and order summary within 24 hours after your order ships.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. You can also call us at 833-233-5221 with your order number for assistance.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
There is a very short window to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you need to make changes, contact us by phone as soon as possible.
Important:
- Once we print your shipping label, no changes or cancellations are possible.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be returned, changed, or refunded.
- For order changes, call immediately — do not email, as phone is the fastest way to reach us before processing is complete.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy to ensure product integrity and safety.
- We cannot process returns or refunds once an order is placed.
- We cannot accept exchanges or product swaps.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
