What Is Research H2O?
Research H2O is Lab1’s premium laboratory water used for scientific maintenance, calibration, and reconstituting reagents. Our formulation contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol for multi-dose applications requiring repeated aseptic withdrawal. Lab1 Research H2O delivers the high purity required for analytical work, molecular biology, and equipment maintenance.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship ONLY within the 50 United States. We DO NOT ship to:
- Any country outside the USA
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)
- Military APO/FPO addresses
All orders must have a valid United States address.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to make changes to the delivery.
How Do I Track The Status Of My Order?
When Orders Ship:
- Orders placed before 2 PM CT/CST on business days: Ship same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM CT/CST: Ship next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays: Ship next business day
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with your tracking number and order summary within 24 hours after your order ships. For example:
- Monday 1 PM order → ships Monday → email by Tuesday
- Tuesday 4 PM order → ships Wednesday → email by Thursday
- Friday 3 PM order → ships Monday → email by Tuesday
- Saturday order → ships Monday → email by Tuesday

Are There Discounts Or Vouchers Available?

Can I Change Or Cancel An Order After I've Submitted It?

- Once we print your shipping label, NO changes or cancellations are possible
- If your order has shipped, it CANNOT be returned, changed, or refunded
